DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – Warrior Law enforcement Office found and arrested a Decatur man for property restore fraud on Friday.
According to authorities, a Decatur resident filed a report with the Decatur Police Section for dwelling maintenance fraud on December 27.

Decatur Police explained reviews were received experiences that 54-year-old Terrance Heath Faulks, received money from the resident to repair a plumbing challenge although operating as a licensed and insured plumber.
WAFF is told the cash received were being for the repair and to buy components for the task. Faulks did not complete the restore, immediately after causing intensive hurt to the home, and didn’t return to finish the work or provide any materials.
Investigators with the Decatur Law enforcement Division decided Faulks did not have an energetic business enterprise license and is not a licensed plumber as expected by Alabama State Law to perform plumbing repairs.
Investigators also discovered Faulks experienced a prior conviction for Home Maintenance Fraud.
A warrant for property repair service fraud was attained for Faulks’ arrest on January 4, 2021. Faulk is getting held in the Morgan County Jail with bond set at $15,000.
