“I’m happy to see Durham expanding for certain,” claimed Durham resident Catie King.

King said she enjoys residing in Durham, functions downtown and is not amazed by the expansion. It aligns with the city’s growing popularity. King hopes the character that tends to make Durham so special will stay.

“I believe the major transition that I have combined emotions about is all the six-tale condominium properties crowding every single one corner,” King claimed. “[There are] a whole lot of all those cookie-cutter residences everywhere, but all the folks transferring right here need a spot to are living.”
