The six-bed room, 7-rest room residence was developed in 1916 and has gone through a posh, modern makeover. It touts an expansive open-notion good space, a glassed-in corner place of work, as well as a garden and terrace with Golden Gate Bridge sights, among the many other facilities. The renovations are reflected in the value tag of the residence, nicely over the $7 million Tolia paid for it in 2011.
Malin Giddings and Neal Ward with Compass have been the listing agents.
Tolia, a Stanford grad, established the community social network in 2010 and served as CEO right up until 2018. He previously worked at Yahoo and was the co-founder/CEO of Epinions, which was obtained by eBay.
