The State Buyer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandigarh, has directed the builder to refund Rs11,75,000 to the complainant, alongside with 9 for every cent fascination for each annum. Kapoor reported he booked room quantity 518 on the fifth floor for Rs49,23,501. He compensated an amount of Rs11,75,000 by having mortgage from a lender.
