Larger NOIDA: The Gautam Budh Nagar District Client Disputes Redressal Fee has sent a sentence in favour of the shopper and has purchased the builder to refund the initial deposit volume of Rs 5.54 lakh since of the delay in providing possession of the flat.

On Tuesday, Aditya Bhati, representative of district shopper commission advocates welfare affiliation advised Hindustan Times, The district client commission headed by president Anil Kumar Pundir and member Daya Shankar Pandey has decided the grievance ex-parte and directed the builder to refund the deposited quantity of Rs 5.54 lakh, alongside with 9% curiosity. Moreover, the builder has been directed to spend Rs 10,000 in direction of compensation and Rs 1,000 in direction of litigation expenses to the complainant.
